Greece has been a special part of my life since I was 15 years old. Of the many islands I have discovered over the years, Ikaria and Lesvos have become particularly close to my heart.

Through more than 30 years of experience in health and holistic medicine, I have learned that wellbeing is not about one single ingredient, but about the way we live, eat and connect with nature.
